Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all services provided by K-POP Fan Sign Proxy GOGO (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides proxy services for K-POP idol fan signs, video calls, showcases, and other events, as well as goods production and Korea proxy services.

Article 3 (Application and Contract)

A contract is established when the customer applies for the service through LINE@ and the Service accepts.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  • Fees will be communicated individually based on service content.
  • Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, etc.
  • Service begins after payment confirmation.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund)

  • Cancellations after application are generally not accepted.
  • In case of cancellation by the event organizer, we will handle individually.
  • Proxy service fees are non-refundable regardless of lottery results.

Article 6 (Shipping)

Shipping methods such as EMS and YYPOST are available. For accidents or loss during shipping, the carrier's compensation terms apply.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  • Winning event lotteries is not guaranteed.
  • The Service is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by event organizers.
  • The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or customs delays.
